Warm the following ingredients; condensed milk, evaporated milk, milk and cardamom seeds for 4-5 minutes until warm. Remove the cardamom seeds once it’s heated.
Cut the Madeira cake into slices and add to dessert glasses. Soak the cake with the milk mixture.
Repeat both these steps repeatedly until it fills 3/4 of the dessert cup.
Add cut pieces of fruit and place into the cups on top of the soaked cake.
In a bowl, whisk together double cream with 8 tbsp of icing sugar and vanilla extract until it forms stiff peaks.
Pipe cream on top of your dessert cups and garnish with either pistachios, madeira cake crumbles, strawberries etc.
OPTIONAL BUT RECOMMENDED: Refrigerate overnight before serving to make sure it sets properly.
